Dough

  • 2 : 1 AP flour to warm water (g)

Filling (can double for more filling)

  • 100g ground Meat (I prefer pork)

  • 2g sugar

  • 1.5g salt

  • 6g shaoxing wine

  • 6g sesame oil

  • 8g oyster sauce

  • 10g water

  • 3g ginger

  • 10g scallions

  • 1g white pepper

Frying

  • Oil to cover

  • 1/4 cup water
